What we process

We process the request body needed to calculate a heat-risk briefing, technical request identifiers, idempotency keys, latency, status, and the minimum payment references needed for reconciliation.

Payment records

Operation logs may include protocol, tier, amount, currency, payer and receiver public addresses, receipt or transaction reference, result status, and error code. Public blockchain activity is independently visible on its network.

What we do not collect

The service does not request or store private keys, seed phrases, wallet signing secrets, an internal user balance, or health records. Do not place personal or confidential data in a location label.

Retention and security

We minimize logs to operational and payment reconciliation fields. Server-side secrets are supplied through protected environment configuration and are never sent to browser code.
